He has been working at NASA Ames Research Center since 2002 after receiving a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA. He is currently working in the Intelligent Robotics Group (IRG) at Ames. While in IRG he has worked on 5 generations of rovers that has taken him to deserts in Arizona to craters in the Canadian Arctic. His current project is building a free flying robot for the International Space Station (ISS).
